DEAR READERS, A WARNING! WE WERE UNABLE TO POST JUST THE PRETTY PALM TREES where MAX AND HER SISTER HAVE MADE THEIR NEW HOMES, AND THE FIRST PHOTO INCLUDES A GRAPHIC IMAGE OF PREY BEING DELIVERED TO THE "never gonna fly away as long as i keep getting take-out" Wesley! That silly Wes! But if you scroll down FAST enough, you will see the palm trees and even a photo of Carlos taking a picture of Max in her very own palm tree! Barn owls in palm trees!
"Mom, can WE have our very own palm trees, too?"
"We don't really have palm trees here, sorry. We're too far north, and wouldn't you rather stay indoors after watching Molly's Owl Box anyways? Ya know...the ICK parts, and all...?"
"MOM! WWWWWWWWWWHHHHHHHHHHHHHHEEEKKKKKKKKKK!"
"Who can know what effect our smallest acts of kindness may have on others? Perhaps the most important contribution of Mother Teresa, who serves the most destitute and neglected, is that she instills in those who have been abandoned the realization that they too are loved." ~ Sant Darshan Singh Ji Maharaj ~ Panda Pig's Peace Sanctuary exists so that abandoned, neglected, sick, and dying guinea pigs may experience that they, too, are cherished and loved!
Hey there Yum Yum,
ReplyDeleteThanks for the warning about the picture with whichever owl it is that has prey in it's mouth. That's a sad sight, even when I know that it is a normal thing in nature. It is still hard to look at, especially when there is a picture down further of a brave bunny sitting in the garden. So naive, so innocent. Yikes!
I understand that your diet has broadened to include other foods. I'm glad to hear it. It must mean that you are getting better. Sir Dominic, Princess Camille and I are so happy. If you still want to speak with Sir Dom, just give a call. We can see if interpreters can be arranged.
I hope that all of you are enjoying a much calmer night.
Lots of love to all of you on The Urban Art Farm.
Auntie Ann, Dommy Dom, and Little Camellia (I sometimes call her that even though the spelling is different that her name)
Ta ta, over and out!
