Panda Pig's Peace Sanctuary exists so that abandoned, neglected, sick, and dying guinea pigs may experience that they, too, are cherished and loved!
You're not far off. It's a "suet cake" and super important for birds in cold climates during winter for protein! Since numerous species of birds paid us visits, many different protein sources were added to it, including peanuts, corn, sunflower seeds...visitors ranged from our precious little bushtits to the ginormous Pileated Woodpeckers that would scare the HORK outta us with their long, black wings during unexpected landings! Good times, good times.
It looks like they are eating cornbread with whole kernel corn in it.
