WHEEEK! SNOW! LOTS & LOTS & LOTS & LOTS...NOT TO MENTION impending windstorm with gusts from 60 - 80 mph and windchill ALREADY 5 degrees BELOW ZERO, AIN'T NOTHIN' mom loves MORE than an exciting POST-OP SNOWSHOEING
ADVENTURE! SQUEEEEEEEEEEE! WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEK! Who let her out?!
On the flip side, may as well get used to the cold in case arctic windstorm knocks out our power >
(not really. photograph by John Lok of The Seattle Times...mom in bed where she belongs.)
BUT EDWIN MADE US A NEW CAVIARY IN LIVING ROOM, WAY COOL cuz even he can't get back go Seattle: too much snow, wind, ice and he would become stranded at Seattle train station downtown unable to get back home. Our 2 Kitties cozy as kittens at their favorite vet, boarding down the street from Edwin's apartment where they get lots and lots of love as vet tech who spoils them lives only 2 blocks away so can walk there. Chai and Sami actually safer there than anywhere during this epic storm...sooooo, Edwin is still here...goin' with mom to cardiologist to make sure she don't pull off her heart monitor and "accidentally" flush it down the toilet since it's a pain-in-the-# to wear for a month...
But waaaaay TOO COLD to leave apartment today, just gaze longingly out the window dreaming of Urban Arctic Adventures in and around the Downtown Corridors of Mt. Bellingham...
There was one Michelin Man siting: walking his dog outside...brrrrrr......EVEN THE CAFES ARE CLOSED! THE TOWN IS CLOSED!
IF YOU REALLY LOVE US SEND COFFEE! WE GOT OUR FRESH FOOD, HAY, AND SUPPLIES BUT MUM AND EDWIN, WELL...
WE SAY: PLAY-TIME, WAKE UP AND LET US OUT AND WATCH US PLAY AND FEED US AND LET'S GET THIS PIGGIE PARTAY STARTED AS WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR MAGAZINE BUT ONCE WE DO TAJ GONNA GO AFTER THE FICKLE LITTLE FAIRY PIGGIE...SO THIS MAY BE OUR LAST CHANCE FOR FRATERNAL FESTIVITIES BEFORE THE WOOING GETS...WELL...
(to be continued after magazine arrives...and it may not be pretty, not pretty.)

ReplyDeleteI look, more snow today ...
have only one thing to say:
take our snow please.
six week-ends straight
snow, snow every where ....
have only one thing to say:
take our snow please, today.
so much snow, so much cold ...
snow in the streets, snow in the yard ...
snow on the car, snow on my shoe ...
have only one thing to say:
take our snow please, we don't know what to do.
winter, oh winter please end ...
all of this snow, we don't really want it ...
snow falling, flakes dropping
have only one thing to say:
take our snow please, don't delay.

and the sunshine ????
I don't know.
maybe ... only in (Y)OUR HEARTS ?????
Yessssssssssssss ....... ;-))))
If there truly was the "actual" ability to freeze your butt off, mine would definitely be frozen off there! Might be the only way it would ever get gone.
