Dear Migraine,

Thank you for coming to visit us.
We didn't want mom to finish this drawing.
We like it when she lies down in bed next to our cages
and we can get attention by chewing on her bars.
OOPS, a minor typo, we meant "OUR BARS"
because - of course her bed does not have bars!
Goodness, where did THAT typo come from?

We regret the "spillage" of ginger ale, coffee, and
whatever other liquids and perishable (READ: SMELLY!)
items knocked over during your visit. Mom can't see real
good with ice packs smashed over her eyes while she stumbles
about in our new drama: "OMG! ANOTHER DAY WITH !!^$^^#%$*&WTF?!"
now receiving rave reviews nowhere.
Which is for the best.

Perhaps mom will finish you. Perhaps not.

Either way, your lovely company during a rare, cool, sunny, Pacific Nor'west
facsimile of summer has been duly noted.

Guinea Man WHA?!

Mom: I am very disappointed in almost all of you for teasing YumYum about having GuineaManBoobs because I expected us to all celebrate that, without certainty, we were at least informed they don't think he has cancer! Deeply disappointed. You know who you are.

MacNutPie: Mom, we know you are also on a nutritious diet to help regain your own strength and a renewed sense of well-being so, just outta curiosity, what did you eat yesterday to stop crying and calm down that was healthy?

Raj: SHE GOT TWO SLICES OF PIZZA!
Taj: "TO GO!" ONE FOR LUNCH AND ONE FOR DINNER, WE SEEN 'EM!
Coconut: "I thought she was eating gluten-free vegan chocolate cake with berry frosting?"
Raj & Taj: "THAT TOO! MOM YOU IZ SO BUSTED!"

Calvin: If I may...I was there when the biopsy was done on YumYum and never saw any GuineaManBoobs, he has tumors in his mammary glands and his lymph nodes and aspiration biopsies are never 100% so let's be kind, shall we?

Raj: What color came out of the mammary gland thingy they did?

Calvin: It was an unusual white, milky substance - "

Taj: Unusual for a GUINEA MAN cuz that breast milk! He..like ready to nurse! WAAAHHH!
TOO FUNNY, OMG, i just kill myself i so funny sometimes...sigh...
i iz too funny even fur me, ha-ha! ah, sigh, guinea-giggle-giggle.

Mom: STOP IT! It was NOT milk, it was fluid and they didn't even biopsy his lymph nodes
so STOP IT and be nice. He is in a lot of pain and the pharmacy is creating a special gel to
rub on his ears to relieve his pain...which, by the by, is prednisone which, by the by, has a
reputation for making patients aggressive, like The Incredible Hulk, so y'all might wanna
put a lid on it, cuz he could GET YOU AND YOU KNOW IT!"

Calvin: Mom?

Mom: Yes, dear?

Calvin: Can we watch "Iron Man" again tonight on your computer? I lurved it!

Mom: Sweetheart, I sent it back to Netflix already but we could watch the new
"Star Trek" movie, well not really new, but we haven't seen it.

Raj: Cuz William Shatner's man-boobs so big they wouldn't even let him BE IN IT!
Taj: That true. Leonard Nimoy got a cameo but not William Shatner and he got real mad.
Maybe he had a prednisone patch on his ear, too.

Calvin: Whose ear? Mr. Spock's ear? The pointy ones? He got an Incredible Hulk patch like YumYum getting?

Taj: Yeah, to fight the Klingons!

EnTIRE hErD: "Ooooooooooh."

Mom: "So, barring any extraordinary ambient downtown crime sounds and police in the building chasing criminals, tonight we will celebrate all of us and watch "Star Trek" and be happy, no more teasing, O.K. guys and  Pretty Miss Coconut?

Coconut: Mom, what did you have for breakfast?

Play time over, back into your cages for naps!

Mom: STOP THAT!

Everybody but Calvin and YumYum: "We are chanting."

Mom: that is not an acceptable mantra! How about: "We love YumYum and Calvin" for a mantra,
if you insist on chanting?

Raj and Taj begin munching on hay, Coconut hides in the cardboard box house she is also consuming,
MacNutPie curls up in his cuddle cup for a nap, and Calvin fell asleep after hearing"Star Trek" movie tonight.

Mom is now free to leave the building.

WE HAZ HAPPY: I HAZN'T GOT CANCER!

WOOT! WOOT! The vet just called and the pathologist - she said - i gotz lots of (long word) cysts and tumors that guinea piggles can get -

MacNutPie: "YOU GOT MAN-BOOBS, YUM-YUM! YUM-YUM GOT MAN BOOBIES!"

{EDITOR: "MacNut, was that really necessary?"}

MacNutPie: "HE GOT MAN BOOBS! SQUEEEEEEEEEEE! MAN-CYSTIC BOOBZ!"
Entire herd bursts out laughing before racing into their pigloos for the...three, two, one, GO:

YumYum (teeth chattering/in ATTACK MODE) "Gonna get a piece of that MacNut PIE,
I iz gonna get - "

{EDITOR: "NO CANCER! NO MORE CRYING! me haZ Happy, calm down!"}

MacNutPie & YumYum: "Boy, aren't YOU ONE TO TALK, mom! Heh, heh...that wuz fun!"

So, the vet said the pathologist said two kinds of benign tumors but, of course, tests can be wrong,
but looks like all the tissue is benign. So, today is Bellingham Art Day with all the kids and peeps
gonna be making chalk art on all the downtown sidewalks and mom goin' to get her MOJO back.

And, although YumYum does have cysts in both his mammary glands and his lymph nodes, NO CANCER! Vet said she could be wrong. We sez: "That our story and we sticking to it!"

Meanwhile, for the first time, YumYum has begun both limping and falling over (his back half) due to the spondyankle thingy so we trying to get a prednisone ointment to rub on his ear since he won't drink pain medicine from a dropper.

And last night was a long, dramatic one so now it's time for COFFEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

You are bringin' us down. Nobody wants to say it to ya, so I will cuz I is MacNutPie and that is why you gotta: BE HAPPY, DON'T WORRY! Everything gonna be O.K. and we all together so slap a smile back on yo'face cuz, frankly, you kinda turnin' into BuzzKill and we is happy by nature so do your yoga and meditation, or be wid yo' MODS but getz happy NOW, we doesn't want no sourpusses, might as well enjoy every moment. That why they call it "The Present!" It's a gift...
a precious gift, mom! We is still all together: Be with us and smile,
puh-LEASE ALREADY!

YumYum: "Durrr, MacNut, mom don't think and you know it!"

MacNut: "Hmmm, good point. Hey ma: "Just Do It!" Whaddya think, YumYum?

YumYum: "Good luck on that! At least you made a righteous effort.
I think coffee helps a lot, too."

MacNut: "CofFREE-FOR-ALL! SQUEEEEEEEE!"

YumYum: "It nearly 2 a.m. & we is just up late due to "ambient crime sounds" with police
and car crashes and people running around all in the courtyard tonight. We should be asleep."

MacNut: "Yeah, that was cool: CRASH! BOOM! SMASH! POLICE! NEIGHBORS RUNNING!
I lurves livin' downtown! Like in a movie but just out our window: Ka-BOOM!
And it only Friday: Squeeeee, whadda weekend it gonna be!"

YumYum: "Say 'good night, MacNutPie.'"

We got a lot going on here at PandaPig's Peace Sanctuary and may not be answering emails or getting
online much until things settle down. We is happy to announce that summer is flirting with us now in
the Pacific Northwest so we have bright, shiny sunlight streaming through our SouthWest corner windows as we sort out who sick wid what and who gotta do what and blah, blah, da-blah-BLAH!

And mom don't feel so great either.

So keep in touch, don't expect much in return, just do it cuz you know we cares about you and want to
hear all the news that's fit to print but mainly the news that only fit to print here!
