but tonight she took our breath away and we
piggies normally don't get along, but after meeting
Leontien we all wanted to be together...well, next
to YumYum's cage because what Ms. A wrote
it is so touching and poignant, courageous and...
would someone please hand us a tissue?
(Not for me, it's for Vinny. I have my Cuddle Tunnel...)

Dem Crazy Pigs! Now all of us can actually
reach up on our tippy toes all the way to the
very tops of our habitat cage tops 'cept they
don't HAVE TOPS so whaddya think happened
tonight? Bhindi never had organic, sweet mini-
watermelon before and grabbed it outta mom's
hand so fast it actually fell down OUTSIDE HIS
CAGE! Even lil'Vinny's a long stretch on a Sunday
afternoon! Or Saturday, you know we don't care...
Anyway, WE GOT WATERMELON and
unless mom thinks we're at risk for dropping ourselves
into someone else's cage she's not ordering cage-tops
and we love it that way cuz she can always reach down
and scritchy-scratch us even wid a migraine!
Cuz then we is her THERAPY PIGz!
LOVE YOU, EVERYBODY...

Cuz we ain't gonna!
Vinny has grown up into a fine little baby piggie.
What we mean is, he hasn't. Grown up, that is.
Even on Runabout, he misses living with YumYum.
And he will just lie on his thick, fleecy-soft green leaf
staring at YumYum through the bars wishing YumYum
would take him back again.
Which, of course, he won't.
Because when Vinny is not being this endearing,
he is either stealing hay that pokes out of the bars
of YumYum's habitat, but more often juts his wee
pointy nose into Yummy's cage until Yum comes
to snap it off, teeth chattering, lunging, until at
the very last second, Vinny pulls his nose out,
taunts YumYum with "I'm the one out and
YOU'RE THE ONE STILL IN!" before
running away giggling, popcorning, and
jumping over cuddle cups, scrunched up
fleece, and everything the piggies have
done to make their Runabout more
FUNABOUT!
Vinny, YumYum is just not that into you!

Not so long ago, three little piggies lived
happily not only side by side but EVEN
ALL TOGETHER IN ONE HABITAT:
eating, sleeping, playing, and going off
on RUNABOUT Adventures (mischievously!)
to the faraway LAND OF WHEEKGRASS.
They were little and didn't know about
"growing up" when you don't all get along for one
reason or another, which we will mercifully leave to your imagination...
BoyPigs grew into ManPigs (except lil'Vinni-Guinea who
actually didn't ever grow longer, just fuller, yet can speed
across the floor jumping over this & that soft toy faster
than a a bolt of lightning, his lil' Dumbo ears a-bouncing!)

Just when you think there's no hope for a garden
thick, green and luscious enough to bring the boysies
back together again, HERE COMES HELP FROM
OUR ALLIES ACROSS THE POND!

bright red Wheatgrass Tractor coming to our rescue?
We do believe he/it is/are!
WELL, cheers upon cheers, Fairy, for you and your
sister Marigold and your mum and dad for helping us

just in time for spring with Hope, that magical ingredient
that even boys who run with bowling balls attached to
their arses can all get together again and go 'round

Dandy's brother from the shelter, adorable
Lucky, has found himself one lucky home!
Ingrid picked him up yesterday and he is
now soothing hearts of grieving meeris
(guinea pigs) along with Ingrid and Helmut
and we think Lucky is as lucky to have
7 girls and such a great mom and dad
as they are to have him!
Dandy had only just come into the Bavarian herd
to cheer the 7 grieving girls who were inconsolable
following the loss of Meeri-Boy and Ingrid, Helmut,
and the herd adored him.
He passed away last night in Ingrid's arms.
We are speechless, having so recently experienced
the Heavy Weight Almighty of loss upon loss...at the
moment are in shock for you, grieving for you...
And only wish we could be there in person to hold you all.
Please know how much all of us love you...
Dandy is with Meeri-Boy now.

BHINDI loves, loves, loves being scritch-scratched
right here, with his head in his bright orange tunnel!
He'll popcorn so hard that he rolls over, grabs mom's
finger with that back foot, and inch his way until she's
got just the right spot! They play this game all day
if she's Horizontal and not gaining Altitude because
well, ain't much else to do but make a big, swirly,
shark-tail the happiest pig he can be!
It's a good life, a good world, especially if you're
Bhindi, like me!

Bhindi, I know you think I'm just a snitty little
upstart who jumps by on Runabout to stick my
runty long nose into your cage to brag about me
being on Runabout and you NOT being on
Runabout and that you really wanna just snap my
nose cuz you start chattering your teeth and I start
chattering MY little teeth and we lunge at each
other between the bars and...WAIT!
THAT'S NOT WHY I'M HERE...off topic! off topic!
It's YumYum, Bhindi, he has gotten SO FULL o'himself
with the Pashmina that the next few posts are all of
HIM just because he's still the editor, but we're going
to lose readers, I'm deeply concerned about our
circulation going down, you know how the business
is these days, for journalism and social networking
media and now he has gone and decreed himself
- oh, I'm not EVEN going to repeat it because HE
says it a-plenty himself - BUT Bhindi, can we put
aside our differences long enough to regroup and
figure out how to save our blog from YumYum's
GREAT BIG SPLAT o'the EGO?
Bhindi: "Boy, I gonna snap that nose off, you come
round shovin' it in between the bars o'my cage like
this one more time! GOT THAT, RUNT?"
And, with that, VinniValliGuinea was off running and
jumping over his cuddle cups and all things fun and
frolic-full that he loves so about his Runabouts leaving
the fate of our blog to...well...just fast forward.
It's easier.
